Synchronize

Synchronizing with Google Calendar allows you to integrate SmartTime with your Desktop. You can:

• Synchronize both Tasks and Events from your 12 SmartTime Projects with up to 24 Google Calendars.
• Create SMS and Email alerts in your SmartTime Events, then have Google Calendar deliver them back to your iPhone.
• Use third-party app's to sync with your data on Outlook, iCal, and others.
• Share your sync'd calendars with other people.
• Create Tasks and Events using the full size keyboard of your Desktop, and sync them back to SmartTime.
• View and audit completed Tasks and Events in Google Calendar.
• Use SmartTime to make your Google Calendar "Smart" as well.
