With the Google calendar sync working properly now I can't see any big advantage with syncing directly to a calendar program. You can set up SmartTime to sync with Google and then sync iCal / Outlook to Google. Changes made anywhere carries through so my suggestion is that you use your developers for other tasks.

I concur with hliljegren; I did vote for Yahoo simply because I use Yahoo's homepage and would have my calendar right there, but it's more important that you put your team to work on: -- a longer list of shortcuts (and maybe a way for users to submit shortcut icon libraries) -- a library of user-created template events and/or tasks for things that are recurrent but not regular enough to use repeats, or events (for instance) that regularly repeat on a certain day but different time, or take place at a variable location; you'd add a +T button at the top of the Smart View screen to get to your list -- alternate fonts (at least one italic) or perhaps colors, useful for the week and month views
--and, of course, a solution to the Mystery of the White Screen.

Agree with Erosebud.
Personally (although I don't think it's just me...) I am still not satisfied with the consistency of the smart logic. And seeing as we have been told over and over that the smart logic is what makes ST special, I think such a core feature deserves more attention long before other peripheral 'nice to haves'. So I'd vote for more contexts so I can get the smart logic to schedule weekend tasks over the weekend, evening in the evening etc. I'd vote for being able to switch off smart logic for certain tasks (so that essentially ST treats then as events to work around which the user places in a time slot, but they are still tasks not events), and a few other related changes. I don't think any of those changes are actually that hard to do and would make ST a lot more usable for me.

Hi Robbo,
thanks for the comments - these are very helpful for us in a very positive way. We appreciate all feedback we get. We are also analyzing those items that you listed (as stated in other postings) and prioritizing them.
thanks regards James

Ok so I might be odd man out, but I would like to see Lotus Notes sync....actually I would prefer if you could make lotus notes go away entirely, but barring that then a sync with Notes would be helpful.

HI cnjday, Lotus Notes is an Enterprise app. We would be happy to work with them to develop sync, if they contact us. Do you or your company have any contact with Lotus?
